About this project
The core loop isn't a plain step counter: a workout screen renders a live Mapbox map, records a route between a from/to heading, and closes out with a result screen showing distance, time and calories burned alongside the route map itself and a 'Passed By' strip of other nearby users encountered during the session — a workout is shared with the people around you, not logged in isolation.
Underneath the fitness tracking sits a full social network: an activity feed of posts with photo attachments, a follow/friend-request system with a dedicated 'find friends' and 'hot people' discovery flow, in-app chat, and a full moderation path (block, and a structured report flow with categories — harassment, identity theft, spam, privacy infringement).
A Bluetooth sensor-connection flow with wheel-size and speed-calibration dialogs pairs bike speed/cadence sensors.
State is managed with GetX throughout, and the UI ships full localization infrastructure for 14 languages (English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Thai, Turkish, and both Chinese variants) with fully translated strings.
